  • Email and Communication Services: Providers like Google Workspace to manage our business communications.

Our business and some of our processors are based outside the UK (e.g., in the USA).   • Video Files: The final generated video file will be stored on our servers for 3 months from the date of delivery. After this period, it will be automatically and permanently deleted.
  • Order Content Data (Descriptive Inputs): We retain the detailed descriptive information you provided to create your video (themes, descriptions, recipient details) for 24 months from the date of order. This is for the purpose of handling any complaints or providing customer support related to the specific order. After this period, this descriptive data is permanently deleted.
  • Customer Transaction Data: We retain the core transaction and identity data associated with your order (your email, order ID, price, service type, date) for 6 years from the end of the financial year in which the transaction occurred. This is to comply with UK tax and accounting laws (HMRC requirements).
  • Marketing Data: If you have opted in to marketing, we will retain your contact details for this purpose until you unsubscribe.

At the end of the relevant retention period, your data will be securely deleted or anonymised.
